  • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, making sure all tags are attached.

  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your RA number and contact details.

Step 4: Ship the Return

  • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

Step 5: Inspection and Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.It may take a few business days for the funds to be credited back to your account, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

  1. Return Shipping Cost: Please be aware that the shipping cost for the return will not be covered by Fancey Boutique, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
